Dr. Phil Lambert, PSM, is an internationally recognised school education expert. He has extensive experience in education as a principal; inspector; Regional Director (Sydney), and General Manager Australian Curriculum, where he led the development of Australia’s first national curriculum.

He has led major reviews and reforms, presented a number of papers and keynotes at national and international conferences, had a number of articles and occasional papers published in journals, and authored three books, the most recent being, ‘The Knowing and Caring Profession,’ released in 2022.

Dr. Lambert is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Sydney and National President of the Australian College of Educators. He currently supports curriculum reform efforts globally as an expert advisor and researcher. He is a Curriculum Expert for the OECD Education 2030 initiative and has been engaged by education ministries in several countries, including Japan, The Netherlands, Qatar, Kazakhstan, Brazil, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Lithuania, and Vietnam, to review, guide and support the development of their respective national curriculum reforms.

Dr. Neelam Parmar is the Director of Digital Learning and Education for AISL. She is an award-winning professional, international researcher, author, thought leader, and speaker for the use of educational technology, digital pedagogy, and innovative curricula within education. A highly experienced leader in Digital Education, Neelam has engaged with the UK Department of Education (DfE) EdTech Leadership Group, national EdTech Impact workshops, and The @womenEd_Tech movement and is also a judge for the globally renowned Bett Awards Show.

Prior to joining AISL, Neelam worked as Director of Digital Learning and Innovation at Ashford School and as an Educational Technologist for The United Learning Group of schools. She draws on her research and practical experiences of working with technology with various groups of schools in education whilst also holding responsibility for providing leadership in ICT operations and strategy. She is also the author of the Digital Literacy in the Primary series and Digital Parenting book, locally published and distributed globally.
