About This Resource

They can switch between devices, applications and social media throughout the day, without even realising what they are doing. For them, digital life is just life.
This video is an introduction to my book on Digital Parenting which offers information on helping fellow moms and dads who wish to find out more about what it means to become a digital parent, without getting too overwhelmed by it all.
