About This Course

This course explores the foundations of effective leadership by helping you develop greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of what drives your leadership practice. Through guided reflection and practical activities, you will examine leadership values, beliefs, and experiences and explore how these influence your decisions, behaviours, and interactions with others.   

By the end of this course, you will have:
